Osprey House is a private house nestling on the north
side of the Cairngorm Mountains. Designed and built especially for Cairngorm
Executive, it marries the distinctive features of a traditional Highland
house with first class modern facilities and comfort. The house is situated
in Nethy Bridge, close to the Abernethy Forest and the River Spey,
the source of many of Scotland’s most famous whiskies. |

Osprey House has its own tree garden with over 30
pine, birch, rowan and spruce trees, including four old Scots pine trees
which form part of the ancient Caledonian forest. The tree garden is
complemented with a spacious lawn, and a south facing patio. The house
is served by a large double garage and gravel driveway which comfortably
parks four vehicles. |

Osprey House is fully equipped with Scandinavian-manufactured
windows, total control heating and a highly efficient insulation system.
The house’s internal decoration,
furnishings and fabrics have been selected by professional interior designers.
The large spacious lounge has its own open fire, colour TV, video and
hi-fi system. Double patio doors give direct access to the tree garden. |

Facing to the rear of the property with a private outlook over the beautiful
tree garden, the open plan diningroom and kitchen matches the best in
modern facilities. A separate patio door allows access to the patio
area for outside dining. Adjacent is a utility room and a separate drying
room. The facilities include cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble
dryer, fridge, freezer and microwave. |

Osprey House accommodates up to eight guests (three
double bedrooms and one twin bedroom). Bedrooms 1 and 2 are en-suite and
Bedrooms 3 and 4 are served by a tastefully finished bath/shower-room.
All bedrooms have colour TVs, hairdryers and ample fitted wardrobe space. |
